Established in 1994, Michael McGill Painting & Decorating has built a reputation for delivering refined, high-quality workmanship with exceptional attention to detail across Edinburgh and Kinross-shire. Michael began his career time-served with JC Lindsay Decorators in Morningside, Edinburgh, before attending Telford College for four years and achieving Advanced Craft City & Guilds qualifications. Over decades in the industry, his work has become recognised for its professionalism, precision, and consistently high standards.
For more than 25 years, Michael worked exclusively throughout Edinburgh, building his business almost entirely through personal recommendation and repeat clients — a reflection of the trust, reliability, and pride that define every project undertaken. Since relocating to Kinross-shire, he has continued establishing the same respected reputation within the local area, bringing a level of craftsmanship associated with premium residential and commercial decorating.
Michael’s experience spans a wide range of projects, from carefully detailed residential painting work and luxury renovations to offices, bars, restaurants, industrial units, and fire or water damage restoration.
